At the DiMera mansion, Sami begs EJ to tell her he has Johnny. He tells her it's not a game and Johnny's dead. Sami cries. EJ moves in on her and claims she robbed him of life. They start beating on each other and EJ pulls her into a rough kiss. He picks her up and thrusts her on the sideboard, where they rip at each other's clothes in a frenzy. Will knocks on the DiMera door as Sami and EJ make out furiously within. They don't hear when he lets himself in and watches them writhe together, clothed, on the sofa. He turns to go and stumbles. EJ and Sami hear something and take one look at each other and horrified at what they've done, EJ jumps off Sami and she looks stunned before she starts to cry. Outside, Will throws up and cries in shock. Back inside, Sami finds her phone on the floor and turns it on as EJ slugs back a drink and bawls over Johnny's photo. Sami stares at the photo of her kids and looks guilty. She listens to Rafe's message aloud, hearing Johnny's alive. Sami grabs her handbag and runs while EJ covers his mouth in awe. Sami interrupts and yells for Johnny, who comes running to her. They hug and then Sami apologizes to Rafe. "What I did was horrible," she whispers. He reassures her but she cries, "I don't deserve you. I love you." Nicole arrives on EJ's doorstep and he tells her he heard the news. He rushes her to his car. EJ and Nicole arrive at the loft and Johnny runs into his father's arms happily as Will watches Sami and EJ.
